Dinner:  Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lentils and Spiced Rice, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Sauted Shrimp with White Wine and Feta. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Bananas, Dried Pineapple, Extra Dark, Extra Dark, Gala Apples, Gala Apples, Ginger snap, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Greek Yogurt 2%, Raisins (Seedless), Yogourt.
