Fat: 57.92g | Prot: 89.11g | Carb: 419.36g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Extra Dark Chocolate, Fuji Apples, Oatmeal, Raisins, Yogourt. Lunch:  Bananas, Fuji Apples, Gourmet Steamers Grilled Chicken Marinara. Dinner:  Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Butternut Winter Squash, Chicken Stew with Chickpeas and Plum Tomatoes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Bananas, Extra Dark, Gala Apples, Ginger snap, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Greek Yogurt 2%, Navels Oranges, Oatmeal Cookies (with Raisins), Raisins (Seedless).
