Fat: 57.92g | Prot: 89.11g | Carb: 419.36g.   Breakfast:  Yogourt, Raisins, Oatmeal, Bananas, Extra Dark Chocolate, Fuji Apples. Lunch:  Gourmet Steamers Grilled Chicken Marinara, Bananas, Fuji Apples. Dinner:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Butternut Winter Squash, Chicken Stew with Chickpeas and Plum Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Oatmeal Cookies (with Raisins), Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Raisins (Seedless), Bananas, Greek Yogurt 2%, Extra Dark, Gala Apples, Apples, Navels Oranges, Ginger snap.
