Lunch:  Bananas, Fuji Apples, Gourmet Steamer General Tao. Dinner:  Avocados, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Butternut Winter Squash, Chickpeas with Spinach, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Sauted Shrimp with White Wine and Feta.
