Fat: 72.41g | Prot: 85.94g | Carb: 243.60g.   Breakfast:  70% Cacao, Hearty Medleys Banana Nut Oatmeal, Herbal Tea. Lunch:  Cranberry Turkey Medallions, Grapefruit (Pink and Red). Dinner:  Avocados, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Chicken Breast, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Spinach and Chick Peas, Walnut Oil. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Bananas, Dark 72%, Fuji Apples, Gala Apples, Gala Apples, Greek Yogurt 2%, Herbal Tea, Oikos Greek Yogurt.
