Fat: 18.44g | Prot: 66.70g | Carb: 189.30g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal with fruit, mcdonalds, grande skinny vanilla latte. Lunch:  melon, Sweet Red Peppers, carrots, ranch dressing, celery, grapes, cucumber, strawberries. Dinner:  chicken breast, white rice, asparagus, mushrooms, mini wontons chicken, skinny margarita. Snacks/Other:  almonds.
