Fat: 18.44g | Prot: 66.70g | Carb: 189.30g.   Breakfast:  grande skinny vanilla latte, oatmeal with fruit, mcdonalds. Lunch:  carrots, celery, cucumber, grapes, melon, ranch dressing, strawberries, Sweet Red Peppers. Dinner:  asparagus, chicken breast, mini wontons chicken, mushrooms, skinny margarita, white rice. Snacks/Other:  almonds.
