Fat: 12.19g | Prot: 20.24g | Carb: 76.00g.   Lunch:  Apricots, Balsamic Vinegar, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, dried apple, Romaine Lettuce, seaweed salad, tomatoe. Dinner:  mushroom, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Tofu Shirataki Noodles. Snacks/Other:  Cracker Type Rice Cake, pineapple, Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned).
