Fat: 30.82g | Prot: 102.21g | Carb: 161.27g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, flax seed, nature's path organic oatmeal, strawberrys. Lunch:  cabbage, green beans, romaine lettuce, spin, tomatoe, turkey. Dinner:  california rolls, cucumber salad, imitation crab , vietnamies spring roll. Snacks/Other:  publix sliced turkey , new whey liquid protein.
