Fat: 46.25g | Prot: 55.50g | Carb: 284.60g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, grits, Instant Oatmeal, nutrigrain cereal bar, special k crisps, strawberries. Lunch:  cottage cheese, lettuce leaf, meijer potato chips, rc, tomatoes, turkey, wheat bread. Dinner:  arbys roasbeef and cheddar, coke. Snacks/Other:  hunts pudding.
