Fat: 34.28g | Prot: 107.60g | Carb: 168.31g.   Breakfast:  Body Fortress Whey Protein, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch:  Chicken Sandwich with Spread. Dinner:  Green Giant Sugar Snap Peas, Stampede Boneless Beef NY Strip Steak. Snacks/Other:  Cereal, Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting), Pretzels, Riesling Wine.
