Fat: 55.50g | Prot: 101.00g | Carb: 153.00g.   Breakfast:  Instant Oatmeal - Plain. Lunch:  Select 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, Turkey Bologna, Velveeta Cheese Slices. Dinner:  American Cheese Slice, Golden Crinkles French Fried Potatoes, Seasoned Lean Turkey Burger, Select 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins. Snacks/Other:  Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips.
