Fat: 67.67g | Prot: 140.33g | Carb: 84.85g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Fried Egg without Fat, Giant Food Bananas (Large), Great Value Olive Oil Cooking Spray, Tropical Traditions Virgin Coconut Oil. Lunch:  Broccoli, Brown Rice, Dannon All Natural Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Jamie Eason's Turkey Muffins. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Plain Yogurt, Sweet or Dark Chocolate. Snacks/Other:  Walnuts.
