Fat: 71.61g | Prot: 82.46g | Carb: 201.59g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk, Buttermilk Pancakes, Butter, 2% String Cheese, Reduced Fat Wheat Crackers, Oats, Fruit and Nut Granola Bars. Lunch:  CHIPS, BEEF SANDWICH, RED WINE. Dinner:  RED WINE, BEEF SANDWICH. Snacks/Other:  OAT BAR.
