Fat: 79.56g | Prot: 75.17g | Carb: 167.94g.   Breakfast:  Low Fat Milk, Source 0% Yogurt - Raspberry, All-Bran BranBuds Cereal, Golden Roasted Milled Flax Seed with Blueberries, Raspberries. Lunch:  1/2 The Fat Mayonnaise, American Cheese Slices, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Dinner:  American Cheese Slices, Lean Ground Beef, Ketchup, Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Mustard, Sweet Pickle Relish, Red Onions. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Milk Chocolate Candies, White Table Wine.
