Fat: 79.56g | Prot: 75.17g | Carb: 167.94g.   Breakfast:  All-Bran BranBuds Cereal, Golden Roasted Milled Flax Seed with Blueberries, Low Fat Milk, Raspberries, Source 0% Yogurt - Raspberry. Lunch:  1/2 The Fat Mayonnaise, American Cheese Slices, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Dinner:  American Cheese Slices, Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Ketchup, Lean Ground Beef, Mustard, Red Onions, Sweet Pickle Relish. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Milk Chocolate Candies, White Table Wine.
