Fat: 55.37g | Prot: 81.73g | Carb: 179.10g.   Breakfast:  Black Label Fully Cooked Bacon, Pop Tarts Wildlicious, Quisp Cereal, Unsweetened Vanilla Soymilk. Lunch:  Beef Steak, Black Label Fully Cooked Bacon, Cantaloupe Melons , Cooked Kale (from Fresh), Corn On The Cob with Butter . Dinner:  Boneless Ribs in Our Sweet Hickory Sauce (Pork), Bread Pudding, Cantaloupe Melons, Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans, Carrots) (No Salt Added, Canned) . Snacks/Other:  Bread Pudding, Cherry Preserves.
