Fat: 97.00g | Prot: 103.24g | Carb: 223.98g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Corn Tortilla, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Sugar, Turkey Chorizo. Lunch:  Bacon, Chicken and Tomato Club Sandwich with Lettuce and Spread. Dinner:  Pasta Milano. Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate Candies.
