Fat: 44.93g | Prot: 79.24g | Carb: 97.13g.   Breakfast:  Fried Egg without Fat, Turkey Bacon. Lunch:  Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Egg, Large Grade A, Plain Nonfat Yogurt. Dinner:  Black Beans, Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies with Less Green Chilies, Habanero Hot Pepper Cheddar Cheese, Shortbread Cookies, Thin Mint Cookies, Tortilla. Snacks/Other:  Classic Nutrition Bar - Chocolate Caramel Cluster.
