Fat: 53.78g | Prot: 76.81g | Carb: 448.85g.   Breakfast:  Granola, Coffee, Peaches (Solids and Liquids, Light Syrup Pack, Canned), Cream Top Vanilla Yogurt. Lunch:  Chicken Tikka Masala, Basmati Rice, Vegetable Curry, Tandoori Naan, Mexican Coke. Dinner:  Seeduction Bread, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Snacks/Other:  Boiled Egg, Blondie Bar, San pellegrino grapefruit, Grapes, vodka, ginger beer.
