Fat: 87.99g | Prot: 96.27g | Carb: 178.42g.   Breakfast:  Skimmed Chocolate milk rich in A&D vitamins. Lunch:  Lamb Curry, Pita Bread, White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked). Dinner:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Wing with Skin (Skin/Coating Eaten), Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Wing with Skin (Skin/Coating Eaten), Gumbo with Rice (New Orleans Type with Shellfish, Pork or Poultry, Tomatoes, Okra, Rice). Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Cashew Nuts, Chocolate Ice Cream, TUC biscuits (LU), Weight Watchers Giant Chocolate Cookies and Cream Bar.
