Fat: 80.70g | Prot: 72.61g | Carb: 227.14g.   Breakfast:  Glucose Biscuits (Parle-G), Tea with Milk and Sugar. Lunch:  mayonnaise, mortadella chicken, White Toast Bread (Kuwait Flour Mills), yoghurt. Dinner:  chicken tender , dinner roll, ketchup, mayonnaise. Snacks/Other:  granny smith apple, navel oranges.
