Fat: 74.18g | Prot: 93.62g | Carb: 195.98g.   Breakfast:  Chicken Shawarma Pita, Tea with Milk and Sugar. Lunch:  lamb curry , White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked). Dinner:  black pepper powder, cheese slices, chilli powder , madras curry powder, minced beef, tomato ketchup, tomato paste , uncooked spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  chocolate ganache.
