Fat: 55.22g | Prot: 53.60g | Carb: 166.05g.   Breakfast: flax seeds roasted, Lemon Juice, navel orange, pear, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), strawberries, water. Lunch: buttermilk skimmed, celery , celery, granny smith apples, lemon juice, mint leaves, tomatoes , tomatoes, water, water, water. Dinner: black pepper powder, carrots , cauliflower , cumin seeds, garlic , green beans, red pepper , sunflower oil , turkey slice, turmeric powder, water. Snacks/Other: almonds, coconut water, flax seeds roasted, herbed tea, honey , yoghurt skimmed.
