Dinner:  White Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, Frozen), Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned), Black Beans. Snacks/Other:  FiberPlus Antioxidants Chewy Bars - Dark Chocolate Almond, Chewy Trail Mix Granola Bars - Cranberry and Pomegranate (Nature Valley).
