Lunch:  Brownie, Chicken Wrap, Chocolate Chip Cookie. Dinner:  Egg, Energy Gel Blasts - Lemon, Energy Gel Blasts - Lemon, Gold Standard Natural 100% Whey. Snacks/Other:  High Protein Shake - Chocolate.
