Fat: 87.20g | Prot: 91.45g | Carb: 93.46g.   Breakfast:  Peanut Butter, Sour Dough Bread, Green Chili Peppers (Canned) , Egg Substitute (Liquid) , Feta Cheese . Lunch:  Gumbo with Rice (New Orleans Type with Shellfish, Pork or Poultry, Tomatoes, Okra, Rice), steak, swiss cheese. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Tomatoes, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Pinot Noir Wine , Spicy Ranch Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Tortilla Chips (White Corn) .
