Fat: 50.51g | Prot: 80.38g | Carb: 143.30g.   Breakfast:  Lemon Juice, Water, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Unsweetened Frozen Raspberries, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original, Spinach, medi clear, Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal. Lunch:  Swiss Chard, Sweet Onions, Fuji Apples, Olive Oil, bok choy, almonds, carrots, vinegar. Dinner:  Protein powder, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Portabella Mushrooms, Sweet Red Peppers, Garlic, Quinoa, Sweet Onions. Snacks/Other:  cabbage, carrots, vinegar, mustard seed, olive oil.
