Fat: 59.96g | Prot: 102.82g | Carb: 177.16g.   Breakfast:  irish cut oats, apple, raisins, Natural Almond Butter - Classic, chia, truvia, coffee, coffee mate sugar free hazelnut. Lunch:  4 oz chicken, daisy light sour cream, red peppers, onion, tam-x-ico's low carb tortilla, water. Dinner:  Cooked Trout, pineapple slice, couscous, broccoli, teriyaki. Snacks/Other:  almonds, water, milk 1%, coffee, coffee mate sugarfree hazelnut.
