Fat: 59.96g | Prot: 102.82g | Carb: 177.16g.   Breakfast:  apple, chia, coffee, coffee mate sugar free hazelnut, irish cut oats, Natural Almond Butter - Classic, raisins, truvia. Lunch:  4 oz chicken, daisy light sour cream, onion, red peppers, tam-x-ico's low carb tortilla, water. Dinner:  broccoli, Cooked Trout, couscous, pineapple slice, teriyaki. Snacks/Other:  almonds, coffee, coffee mate sugarfree hazelnut, milk 1%, water.
