Fat: 59.04g | Prot: 111.38g | Carb: 233.06g.   Breakfast:  Sugar, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), 2% Fat Milk, 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas, Olive Oil Mayonnaise, Egg. Lunch:  Thick Crust Pizza with Meat, peanut butter, 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas. Dinner:  Blue Menu Skinless Boneless Frozen Chicken Breasts, whole wheat hamburger bun, spinach, tomato, bacon, strawberries, poppy seed dressing, hummus, cauliflower. Snacks/Other:  Banana, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Maple Syrup, orange.
