Fat: 59.04g | Prot: 111.38g | Carb: 233.06g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Tortillas, 2% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg, Olive Oil Mayonnaise, Sugar. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Tortillas, peanut butter, Thick Crust Pizza with Meat. Dinner:  bacon, Blue Menu Skinless Boneless Frozen Chicken Breasts, cauliflower, hummus, poppy seed dressing, spinach, strawberries, tomato, whole wheat hamburger bun. Snacks/Other:  Banana, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Maple Syrup, orange.
