Breakfast: 2% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Sugar, Whole Grain Raspberry Muffin. Lunch: cheese, peanut butter, yogurt. Dinner: 100% Whole Wh Bun, black olives, dill pickle, lettuce, Olive Oil Mayonnaise, red onion, tomato, yellow pepper. Snacks/Other: Banana, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Frozen Blueberries, lays salt vinegar.
