Fat: 52.94g | Prot: 67.60g | Carb: 131.22g.   Breakfast:  simply orange orange juice, cottage cheese. Lunch:  plum, fish, butter, spinach puree, naan. Dinner:  french fries, scallops, crab cake, hamburger bun, tartar sauce. Snacks/Other:  cantaloupe.
