Fat: 94.96g | Prot: 50.41g | Carb: 171.83g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Heavy Whipping Cream. Lunch:  star pasta, Beef Lit'l Smokies, Chili Beans, Cooked Carrots, Cooked Celery, Cooked Mature Onions, Marinara Sauce, Reduced Sodium Beef Broth, Whole Wheat Grain Elbow Macaroni. Dinner:  Boiled Egg, Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Chinese Cabbage, Cucumber (with Peel) , Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Hendrickson's Sweet Vinegar & Olive Oil Dressing, Organic Hearts of Romaine, Parsley , Radishes , Sunflower Seed Bread. Snacks/Other:  Banana Chips, Dried Apricots, Raspberry Shortbread Cookies, Whole Natural Almonds.
