Fat: 46.58g | Prot: 54.81g | Carb: 123.22g.   Breakfast:  spiced cranberry orange oatmeal. Lunch:  Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Chicken Breast, Mexican Blend Cheese, Light Ranch Salad Dressing. Dinner:  stuffed chicken broccoli and cheese, Natural Pink Lemonade, frozen vegetable corn. Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate Covered Pretzel Rods, sugar cookie, peppermint, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), No Calorie Sweetener, Vanilla Extract (Imitation, Alcohol), Devils Food Cookie Cakes.
