Fat: 46.58g | Prot: 54.81g | Carb: 123.22g.   Breakfast:  spiced cranberry orange oatmeal. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Light Ranch Salad Dressing, Mexican Blend Cheese. Dinner:  frozen vegetable corn, Natural Pink Lemonade, stuffed chicken broccoli and cheese. Snacks/Other:  Devils Food Cookie Cakes, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Milk Chocolate Covered Pretzel Rods, No Calorie Sweetener, peppermint, sugar cookie, Vanilla Extract (Imitation, Alcohol).
