Fat: 13.68g | Prot: 42.34g | Carb: 193.71g.   Breakfast:  banana, coffee with sugar and skim, Instant Oatmeal - High Fiber Maple & Brown Sugar. Lunch:  kale, Tuscan White Bean Soup (Large). Dinner:  acorn squash, asparagus spears, kale, swai, white wine.
