Fat: 48.10g | Prot: 191.83g | Carb: 156.89g.   Breakfast:  Blueberry Muffins , Chicken Sausage, Egg White , Pharma Whey HT+. Lunch:  Almond Biscotti , Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Green Cabbage. Dinner:  Be Good to Yourself Balsamic Dressing, Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken Mini Fillets, Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Crunchie (Treat Size), Cucumber (with Peel) . Snacks/Other:  Pro Oat Cookie, Synergy ISO 7.
