Fat: 28.25g | Prot: 69.78g | Carb: 98.86g.   Breakfast:  Great Value 1% milk, Gala apple, Nature's Own 40 calorie bread, I can't believe it's not butter. Lunch:  Lettuce, egg, Green grapes, Cucumber. Dinner:  Egg, lettuce, Melba toast, Cucumber. Snacks/Other:  Quench Drink, Berry Boost, Caramel Crunch slim snack.
