Fat: 46.93g | Prot: 117.33g | Carb: 258.80g.   Breakfast:  Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Bob's Red Mill Organic 100% Whole Ground Golden Flaxseed Meal, Carnation Instant Breakfast Essentials - Rich Milk Chocolate (Packet), Dried Chia Seeds, Nutiva Organic Hemp Protein Hi-Fiber. Lunch:  Turkey and Vegetable Chili. Dinner:  Chicken Tenderloins, Cooked Parsnips, Koops' Dijon Mustard, Minnesota Cultivated Wild Rice, Mushrooms, Red Onions, Snowpeas (Pea Pod). Snacks/Other:  Blueberries, Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds (with Salt Added), Nutiva Organic Hemp Protein Hi-Fiber, Pears, Sunkist Minneola Tangelo Orange.
