Fat: 45.36g | Prot: 77.22g | Carb: 219.58g.   Breakfast:  Bananas. Lunch:  Bread Crumbs, Broccoli, Egg, Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Sour Lean. Dinner:  Brown and Wild Rice (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Spinach and Artichoke Pasta. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Blackberries, Fat Free Chocolate Frozen Yogurt.
