Fat: 50.88g | Prot: 49.03g | Carb: 170.54g.   Breakfast:  Kellogg's Special K Chocolatey Strawberry Cereal, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch:  Subway 6" Turkey Bacon Avocado. Dinner:  Barilla Rigatoni Pasta, Homemade-Style Spaghetti Sauce with combination of Meats, Mixed Salad Greens, Ranch Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Publix Chocolate Marshmallow Ice Cream.
