Lunch:  Chicken or Turkey Cacciatore, White Rice. Dinner:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Pot Roast Meal with Potatoes & Corn, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Brazil Nuts, Caffe Latte (Tall), Chocolate Squares, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Oikos Organic Plain Greek Yogurt, Raisins (Seedless).
