Fat: 112.72g | Prot: 90.92g | Carb: 169.87g.   Breakfast:  tuna casserole, half and half, coffee, sugar, savory muffin. Lunch:  salad, salad dressing, hot link, Chicken Breast Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Batter, Fried, Cooked). Dinner:  rye bread, chicken salad, salad, vinaigrette, french fries. Snacks/Other:  french fries.
