Lunch:  Chicken Breast Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Batter, Fried, Cooked), hot link, salad, salad dressing. Dinner:  chicken salad, french fries, rye bread, salad, vinaigrette. Snacks/Other:  french fries.
