Fat: 127.72g | Prot: 157.57g | Carb: 183.56g.   Breakfast:  bread, butter, coffee, egg, half and half, sugar. Lunch:  blue cheese vinagrette dressing, corned beef, pepper jack cheese, red onion, salad, salami, sourdough bread. Dinner:  hamburger, Silk fruit and protien, tilapia fillet. Snacks/Other:  Arnold Palmer Lite Half Iced Tea & Half Lemonade (Can), bread, chicken breast, egg, el monterey green chili burrito, provolone.
