Fat: 127.72g | Prot: 157.57g | Carb: 183.56g.   Breakfast:  egg, coffee, half and half, sugar, bread, butter. Lunch:  sourdough bread, pepper jack cheese, red onion, salami, corned beef, salad, blue cheese vinagrette dressing. Dinner:  hamburger, tilapia fillet, Silk fruit and protien. Snacks/Other:  chicken breast, el monterey green chili burrito, Arnold Palmer Lite Half Iced Tea & Half Lemonade (Can), bread, provolone, egg.
