Fat: 60.09g | Prot: 92.35g | Carb: 87.88g.   Breakfast:  100% Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original, Frozen Whole Strawberries. Lunch:  Fried Egg, Bacon, Toasted Rye Bread, Margarine, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner:  Beef Filet Mignon, Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes, Tossed Salad, Butter, Italian Salad Dressing.
