Lunch:  Bacon, Cucumber (with Peel), Fried Egg, Margarine, Toasted Rye Bread. Dinner:  Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes, Beef Filet Mignon, Butter, Italian Salad Dressing, Tossed Salad.
