Fat: 46.10g | Prot: 86.81g | Carb: 71.80g.   Breakfast:  Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Bananas, 100% Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla. Lunch:  Cheese Stick, Celery, Gourmet Lite Breast of Turkey. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Grilled Chicken, Small Dinner Rolls, Butter, Ranch Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Tomato Juice (with Salt Added, Canned).
