Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Salmon. Dinner:  100% Lactose Free Lowfat Milk, Strawberry Whey Protein, Whey Protein Isolate Unflavored, Oikos Traditional Greek Yogurt - Key Lime. Snacks/Other:  G2 Perform 02 - Blueberry-Pomegranate (Bottle), Lite Chocolate Syrup.
