Lunch:  Beef Brisket (Flat Half, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Choice Grade), Jalapeno Sausage. Dinner:  Macayo's Green Chile Enchilada Sauce, Corn Tortilla, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Refried Beans with Cheese, Light Sour Cream, Miller Brewing Company Genuine Draft 64, Colby Jack Cheese.
