Fat: 50.37g | Prot: 137.14g | Carb: 264.89g.   Breakfast:  Almond Fresh, Blueberry Strawberry Vanilla, Multi Grain Cheerios. Lunch:  Bananas, Crackers, Dill Cucumber Pickles, High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Original, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), rudolph's bavarian premium sandwich b. Dinner:  avacado smoothie, Oriental Style Beef and Rice Noodle Soup (Vietnamese Pho Bo), vietnamese baguette. Snacks/Other:  sunflower seeds.
