Fat: 57.39g | Prot: 60.40g | Carb: 176.48g.   Breakfast:  nature's path organic flax plus cereal 3/4 c, butter, whole milk, toast. Lunch:  tom yum, Sukhothai like spicy noodle with chicken, Turkey Breast Meat. Dinner:  brown and wild rice, avacado, peppers, celery, zucchini, curry paste, soy sauce, chicken breast, sesame seed, olde cape cod toasted sesame soy and ginger. Snacks/Other:  Pistachio Nuts, grapes, friendly's hot fudge sundae.
