Fat: 57.39g | Prot: 60.40g | Carb: 176.48g.   Breakfast:  butter, nature's path organic flax plus cereal 3/4 c, toast, whole milk. Lunch:  Sukhothai like spicy noodle with chicken, tom yum, Turkey Breast Meat. Dinner:  avacado, brown and wild rice, celery, chicken breast, curry paste, olde cape cod toasted sesame soy and ginger, peppers, sesame seed, soy sauce, zucchini. Snacks/Other:  friendly's hot fudge sundae, grapes, Pistachio Nuts.
