Fat: 55.47g | Prot: 68.80g | Carb: 113.04g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream, Strawberries, Golden Brand Large Eggs, Grade A, Cinnamon Raisin Swirl. Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, ham, Turkey Breast, chicken breast, lettuce, saltine crackers, olives, cucumber salad. Snacks/Other:  trail mix, Chocolate shake.
