Fat: 35.79g | Prot: 112.11g | Carb: 86.58g.   Breakfast:  Fried Egg, Brown and Serve Reduced Fat Turkey Sausage, Sweet'n Low, Decaffeinated Coffee, Cream Substitute (Powdered) , VitaCraves Gummies. Lunch:  Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt. Dinner:  Sangria, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Zucchini, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers.
