Fat: 35.79g | Prot: 112.11g | Carb: 86.58g.   Breakfast:  Brown and Serve Reduced Fat Turkey Sausage, Cream Substitute (Powdered) , Decaffeinated Coffee, Fried Egg, Sweet'n Low, VitaCraves Gummies. Lunch:  Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Sangria, Tomatoes, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers.
