Fat: 92.19g | Prot: 53.00g | Carb: 188.14g.   Breakfast:  benefiber, Butter, Coffee, cream, Egg, grapefruit, Olive Oil, Sweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose), udi's gluten free bread. Lunch:  celery, cucumber, green onion, lemon, mayo, olive oil, parsley, quinoa, sour cream, turkey. Dinner:  Cauliflower Lasagna. Snacks/Other:  carrots, coconut oil, cone mcdonalds, Fat Free Wild Blueberry Supreme Muffin Mix, ranch.
