Fat: 92.19g | Prot: 53.00g | Carb: 188.14g.   Breakfast:  Olive Oil, Egg, Coffee, Sweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose), cream, benefiber, udi's gluten free bread, Butter, grapefruit. Lunch:  lemon, parsley, olive oil, celery, cucumber, green onion, quinoa, turkey, sour cream, mayo. Dinner:  Cauliflower Lasagna. Snacks/Other:  Fat Free Wild Blueberry Supreme Muffin Mix, coconut oil, carrots, ranch, cone mcdonalds.
