Lunch: ground turkey, Lettuce, mayo, Olive Oil, sour cream, vinegar. Dinner: carrots, celery, ground beef, Olive Oil, onion, parmesan, tomato sauce, Zucchini. Snacks/Other: coconut macaroons, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half), hazelnuts, No Calorie Sweetener, Tillamook Lowfat Yogurt.
